Rick Aldred, LPC

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

Rick holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Missouri. He has experience in working with military veterans and first responders, as well as adults and adolescents. Areas of focus include treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and spiritual abuse. He is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is a certified Prepare & Enrich facilitator.

Prior to becoming a counselor, Rick served on active duty in the United States Army for nearly 8 years, deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan. It was during his tenure in the military that he discovered the personal benefits of counseling. After separating from the military, Rick served as a project manager in corporate America for the past 6 years and has recently transitioned to full-time practice.

Rick has been married to his wife, Emily, for 14 years, and they have 3 daughters.
