Roger earned his Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Kansas and his Master’s of Science in Counseling from Bellevue University, a CACREP-accredited program.
Roger’s path to counseling began through his own transformative experience in therapy, where he found healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of faith in God, himself, and his community. That journey restored his family relationships and revealed his calling: to walk alongside others in counseling as they seek growth, freedom, and peace in their own lives.
As a Christian Counselor-In-Training (CIT), Roger is passionate about helping children, families, and young adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion and hope. He strives to create a space where clients can explore their stories, deepen their faith, and move toward healing and wholeness. Roger is honored to serve anyone who walks into his practice, regardless of background or belief. Roger uses Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy approaches with his clients.
Outside of the counseling room, Roger enjoys climbing Colorado 14ers, running, playing pickleball and chess, traveling, attending retreats, and discovering local hidden-gem restaurants and art shows with friends.
